Reserve A Tool

To Reserve a Tool:

  1.  Download and complete the requisition form.

  2.  Include a valid account number on the form.

  3.  Email the completed form to Ida, Vasudev, and Erika for approval.

  4.  Once approved, users will receive a notification and may then reserve the tool using the calendar below.
